Jellyfish Field

Jellyfish-Field-painting

This painting is part of a 5 piece installment for the Loveland Youth Clinic located in the south building out at Medical Center of the Rockies. For this building they wanted to go with a realistic underwater theme.

For these three larger canvases(8ft x 4ft) I enlisted the help of my husband Levi to build and stretch custom canvases.

Snake

Snake Painting

Paining number 2 of 4 in the Kung Fu Animal Series. Each of the four animals are represented in our style of Martial Arts. The original paintings can be seen at White Dragon Kung Fu located at 1714 Topaz Drive, Loveland, CO 80537 behind McGraff’s.

This was by far the hardest painting I have ever done and it was definitely worth it. Sometimes the hardest things in life produce amazing results.

Wile E. Bath

This is a drawing I did of our pug Wile E. He was a Christmas gift for our son Corey for Xmas 2009. We named him after Wile E. Coyote the famous Chuck Jones cartoon character. It was between that or ‘Indy’ because at that time Corey was just getting introduced to the Indiana Jones movies.

Pai Lum Dragon

white dragon kung fu painting

This huge painting started a relationship between my family and an amazing Kung Fu Teacher. We met Sifu Decino through my dad who had told me that Sifu wanted to get a painting done. That was in November of 2010 and we have been taking Kung Fu lessons ever since. This image is a Pai Lum(White Dragon) logo so it had to be very accurate. The five Chinese symbols surrounding the dragon mean “White Dragon Fist Style Kung Fu”. This painting can be seen at White Dragon Kung Fu located at 1714 Topaz Drive, Loveland, CO 80537 behind McGraff’s.

Ocean Painting

This was a commissioned piece done for a gentleman that really wanted me to capture one of his favorite places to be. We even put in some hidden items to help symbolize special meanings for him. This was a piece that was interesting letting go of because I enjoyed it so much, but I was very happy to paint something that meant so much to someone else.

Windmill Sawblades

These were painted directly on saw blades commissioned by my husbands grandmother Ann.
